Lombardi Builders employs a field staff of twenty-six, including superintendents, carpenters and laborers. We have a full time office staff of four.

Vincent LaSorsa
Director of Operations. Vincent has been employed by Lombardi Builders for over 25 years overseeing residential and commercial building projects. His technical and project management skills are evident in all phases of each project.

Richard Gabel
In House Architect. Prior to joining M.D.C. in 1987, Mr. Gabel accummulated over thirty years of experience working for architectural firms and construction companis in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. A registered architect in New York, New Jersey, and North Carolina, he has NCARB certification and is a corporate member of the American Institute of Architects. Mr. Gabel has been a Monmouth County resident for over twenty years.

Danae Estes
Danae Has a degree in Computer Information Technology. She earned her Expert certification in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Core in PowerPoint.
She has been with Lombardi Builders as a Computer Programmar for 5 years.

Bill Kubian
Master Carpenter. Bill has over 30 years carpentry experience. More than 15 of these years were spent as an independent
contractor and construction manager. Bill is a specialist in historic restorations, as well as all phases of residential construction 
from form layout to completion. He has varied experience in plumbing, electrical and moldings.

Fred W. Raffo
Graduated Brooklyn Technical High School in 1945. Fred earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1950 from Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn.
In 1987, Fred was conferred the title of Certified Cogeneration Professional C.C.P. by his peers for expertise in the field of Cogeneration.
He brings to Lombardi Builders over 40 years of engineering experience.

John Beckman
Project Manager. John has over 40 years experience in all aspects of residential and industrial construction.

Sal Percia
Project Cordinator. Sal is a graduate of CCNY Bronx earning his degree in Construction Technology.
He coordinates projects from the foundation and framing to the intricate details.

Richard Szpakowski
Master Cabinet Maker. Rich earned a bachelors degree in computer programming from Saint Peters College.
He specializes in custom mill work and cabinet making. He has installed over 300 custom kitchens.

David C. Winters A.I.A.
Architect. Lombardi Builders has been working with Dave for over 25 years.
